THE BOTTOM LINE
Payments are the lifeblood of any organization. It’s time to manage your portfolio. The world of payments is ever-growing and evolving. The depth and breadth of internal and external interdependencies that rely on payments is largely overlooked. We are uniquely positioned to provide unrivaled solutions to the core challenges of all thing’s payments. We remain agnostic in our decision-making process.
THE VALUE OF TRUST™
One of the first questions our future clients always ask is "how can you help us?". With more than 3000 engagements, we've found what they are really asking is "can we trust you?".
For the client, the problem is real, it is immediate and it is ever changing. When card payment legislation, compliance and consumer trends can make the difference between significant profit or extensive loss, businesses look for an Advisor (and partner) they can trust.

What can we do for your company?
Most organizations understand that better ways exist, but the time commitment required for sustainable improvement proves to be the biggest challenge. Finance deals with banking, accounting handles A/P and A/R, customer service/sales are accepting payments and issuing refunds, IT manages systems and equipment, marketing needs use-case strategies and legal handles compliance/regulations. Having a centralized point of contact, a Chief Payments Officer, creates operational efficiencies and accelerates new business opportunities.

We provide services to support you at each stage of your PCI DSS compliance project.
PCI DSS is about managing the risks of handling credit card information for both the merchant and the provider... and needs to be part of your daily operations and business planning processes. For PCI DSS, there is a once-a-year self assessment questionnaire called an SAQ. You as the business owner are certifying that you adhere to the PCI DSS standards.
The consequences of not being PCI compliant range from $5,000 to $500,000, which is levied by banks and credit card institutions. Even if a company is 100% PCI compliant and validated, a breach in cardholder data may still occur. Cardholder Breaches can result in significant losses. The impact of noncompliance and or a breach is greater to a smaller company as their ability to overcome the problem and penalties is limited.

We are very happy to attend your client meetings. This may be an initial presentation about our services or a review of progress in the payment operations and build on the portfolio.
Our commitment includes running client seminars bi-annually to keep your clients up to date with our longer-term views on the payments markets. In addition, your client will receive a monthly newsletter to keep them up-to-date with our views on the payments market.
At the end of every year, we can prepare a comprehensive payments overview.
“Our past experience brought to light some of the injustices business owners have faced. Since this is a service that many businesses cannot afford to do without, we felt it was necessary that small to medium sized businesses were offered the opportunity to level the playing field by having access to the same services afforded to much larger organizations. epmg is set apart by the principles the company was founded on and the extensive knowledge our advisors bring."
